Why does it say EXPIRED. YOUR ACCOUNT IS EXPIRED? My payment is not due until March 15th. Anyone else with this issue?

Ticket with GameM or Tivimate?

Both my tivimate and Gamerz accounts are active. When looking at tvguide it shows channels but when I click on any channel is gives a big red EXPIRED stamp and black words under saying "YOUR ACCOUNT HAS EXPIRED PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SELLER TO RENEW"

Can I get the SIPTV link as well please. Also directions of possible on what to do to get it on my Sony tv

Is EPG under maintenance again? All of my channels are wacked out. I have tried all the usual resets and clearings with no luck

I've tried everything on this list except opening a ticket which I guess I will have to do. Usually all I need to do is clear cache and force stop the Tivimate app, but that didn't work. Thank you
