My service with PDSLive expired due to an issue with the payment portal. Today I paid and my new expiration date is in September, however my service is still off.
My bill has been paid on 2/26/2023, yet my account is shown an expiration date of 2/28/2023. My service will not load. I continue to get an error message. When I attempt to go to the PDSLIVE site, the site cannot be reached.
I am unable to make a payment using the link in the invoice. The site reads: "Down for Maintenance (Err 3)
We doing updates will be back in 3- 5h."
The website has been down for the past 48 hours.
