Games Masters IPTV

And, if that isn't confusing enough, there is another company called TopDog TV (I think that's their current name). They are a rival company to Game Master, but weirdly, split from the original company, called The Players Klub. This company went dark on its customers, changed servers and portals and didn't communicate with their customers ever again, (sound familiar?) and what emerged were the two rival companies (Game Master and TopDog TV).

And just because things aren't muddled enough already, there is another company called "Player's Klub", that has nothing to do with any of these entities, past or present.

If you were a Game Master customer, and you were on their old TopDog VPN portal, you should be able to sign in and see your account, pay your bill (I believe) on their new TopDog Today portal at: Client Area - BillingPortal

But be aware, as my security app is flagging this site as malicious and possibly dangerous for attempting to fraudulently steal information. It happens every time I go to that site (picture attached).

If you were a Gmasterpanel or Mintpanel customer with Game Master, you should check out another company because apparently they don't want to or cannot keep you as a customer, and it looks like you will be dropped as soon as your service is up for renewal. Game Master says they will refund any customers right away if they ask, however, I do not know how Gmasterpanel/Mintpanel customers can make that request because they don't seem to be able to log onto TopDog Today to ask for a refund.

I hope this provides some clarity to some readers. It is confusing and you should know who you are signing up with because it's pretty clear that they are all employing some tactics to possibly trick you into becoming their customers (except for a large number of loyal Game Master customers, who they are actively dumping).

Thanks. I actually way back when Mint Panel was suppose to change went to Top Dog but then went back so if only stayed on that. I honestly was able to login to the Top Dog Today panel since I was once there but since I'm still with Game Master, no way to buy this one. I guess I can email support with a last ditch effort.

It appears that they are ending their relationship with Mintpanel and Gmasterpanel customers. They appear only to be keeping the customers on their old TopDog portal database.

That's the portal that I am hooked up with and was one of the original GM users who, when they split, went the Topdog Networks route and who as you now say, is Topdog Today.

My ticket history is there so I'm as confident as I can be that everything is in order, although a GM staff member could have ripped off the database, we'll never know.

Those billing portals are all generic templates, so perhaps your device has picked up this fact and recognised generic code and flagged up that it might be suss?
 
I went on my app just a little bit ago and my service wasn’t working I said I guess we’re done well what I Did I went back to an old password put the old password in and the service started working again don’t know why I just figured I’d give it a try and it worked so if you got a old password try that if your service is not working The two apps I have on my smart TV android Or players are the xciptv player and the tivimate Player change password on both players and both started working again don’t know for how Long but it worked Got invoice with no way to pay just like everybody else service runs out on the 15th

I’m just wondering how the password got changed been using other password for two years been with players Klub / G master since the beginning long time customer five maybe six years
 
Sad to be leaving Game masters. It was one of the best IPTV service have used. The VOD and Series were plus and much faster than Kodi. Been using IPTV for a while, started with Vaders, but have to say Game masters with Smarters best fit my needs.
Been great and wish everyone luck in their next adventure.

I just google players klub. There is a site group name playersklub . But its $9.90 a month. Not sure if its the same group or not.
 
Like pretty much everyone else I have lost GM, no way to contact service just error message, And 5 minutes ago I get email from Gmasterpanel sending a customer invoice for my payment. REALLY. Click on links and we're back to error message. I have installed xciptv but am stuck at url, any help would be appreciated.

just got invoice unable to pay via link - not sure what to do - took package mainly for series and movies but now you don't get them - am I missing something is it now JUST tv which I get through another supplier.

Can anyone advise -thanks in advance

I find it odd. Today I received an invoice from Gmaster and when I click the link the website says "Down for Maintenance (Err3) - system wide outage please stand by". Doesn't make any sense!

To us end users it doesn't make practical sense but in today's computerized algorithmed world it's perfectly normal
 
Ok..so i just received my invoice from gpanel but of course the site is down..so should I try to get an account thru TopDog? Ive had them so long i still only pay $5/month..so i dont want to lose that if possible..this is so disappointing

you can try but as far as I know topdog isnt renewing or selling new gamemaster subs

It seems like this was where they were moving us to (or some of us), but it must have gotten compromised, so they shut it down and started working on TopDog Today.

From what I'm reading, it seems that they moved their TopDog customers over first and we probably all have access (although they will lose many if they don't officially inform us - remember most customers aren't following this forum). Now, it appears that they are migrating their Mintpanel (which I guess had been changed to Gmasterpanel) customers over. This is good news, and I figured they'd do that.

Back when TPK was dissolved, they lost their customer database (which probably went to their rival, TopDog VPN, which is not to be confused with Game Master's TopDog portal ((it is confusing)) ). They told everyone on Discord to sign up again at the grandfathered $5 rate to their new TopDog portal, as they lost access to Mintpanel. I did so, as did many others, but then they lost access to that portal for some reason and got their Mintpanel back and told people that they could temporarily sign up on that portal, and they'd be moved over to TopDog at a later date. They never did that. They opened up TopDog and left Mintpanel open and you had service and had to open up tickets to the one you were with.

I don't know why they never merged them both because they would have had a single customer database, but whatever. Now, I believe they are merging everyone to TopDog Today (forget Easy internet - it was dead on arrival), so if you want to maintain your service with them and you were on Mintpanel/Gmasterpanel, then give them time. Try logging into their new TopDog panel from time to time and see your account is there.

Finally, and this is just speculation on my part, but if have an account with the grandfathered price and it expires, because you didn't have access to the portal or you didn't know how to access it, let them know about it and ask them to restore your service at the old rate because it wasn't your fault that you couldn't renew. They honoured the old rates for a month or so for everybody when they moved from TPK to Game Master, and I think they're likely to do it again.

Just my observations and thoughts on the matter. I think they'll be back as before but probably without their Discord, which would be unfortunate. Either way, I hope they will start learning some lessons about communicating to their customers.

Requesting any info for continuing GMX service. I was a longtime member back when it was TPK. I never received an email advising if I will be refunded or kept on. I cannot log into TopDog. Thx

gmx player wont work you need tivimate orxciptv player, id recomment the xciptv player

I know, currently working on IPTV extreme but I have an invoice due this week and no way to pay it. Will I be able to continue my service or do I have to look elsewhere?

its not looking great for a pay portal coming back but i'm expiring this week also, i'll wait it out. good time to get a backup service if you dont have one for sure!

never really needed one, really liked GM. Too bad. I found TPK new site, so maybe I'l give them a shot. Seems like all providers are around $15-20 for 2 connections now, which sucks.
