XCPITV takes log in information then crashes

Hello,

I've done all troubleshooting maybe not in correct order but nothing seems to work. Stopped working 2 nights ago on the 30th of January. Not sure if it's my internet provider, streaming provider, surfshark update, or firestick issue. Everything I've read says it's not the firestick. Anyone have any experiences where the IPTV app itself crashes upon logging in on TV?

Based on the information you've provided, it's impossible to answer. Try force-closing, clearing the cache, reboot your device. Try a different app. It could, of course, be your provider. And...try with and without VPN
 
Yeah I see how explaining is tough on this issue.
All of a sudden my service is no longer working as of 1/31/26.
I believe it's because of firestick and amazon from what I've read.
What's happening is whenever I try to input account information into XCIPTV the app crashes.
So I've uninstalled app, unplugged router, wifi, and nothing is working to get my account running again.
When I try a different app IPTV Smarters Pro it just says after inputting that log in credential are incorrect.
So I'm thinking it may be my provider with PDS LIve but a friend who uses it says it's fine.

Regardless, I've tried everything and a new app does not seem to be the fix.
Just trying to find out if anyone has ever had the issue of their IPTV App literally crashing and going back to the home screen.

Thanks in advance and maybe this cannot be repaired but looking for a direction.

PDS is working fine, so it's not the source. Not knowing where you are, I can't say whether you need a VPN or not. So you can try with or without. Fire TV Stick has no issue with that app, or to my knowledge at this time any other IPTV app. So it's not an Amazon issue. Personally, I do not like XCIPTV, but I can't say it's the issue either. Try uninstalling and reinstalling it. If IPTV Smarters indicates the credentials are incorrect, you've either input them incorrectly, or you do in fact have a problem with your account at PDS. So that kind of narrows it down a bit. If you are not having a problem with other apps, then your XCIPTV is perhaps corrupt. Worst-case scenario, and I would say only if you're having other issues, is to totally refresh the device.
 
Thanks Mike. Yeah PDS is working for a friend as well so thanks for verifying. I've read a lot about some changes with Amazon and Firestick being the issue. I've done every troubleshooting action but nothing works. Weird it just crashes. I'm using the exact same process as always for username and password so pretty strange. Waiting to hear back from PDS to reset on their end but I may just reset fire sticks to factory settings and start all over to see if that works. Strange that IPTV Starters Pro app says incorrect info and XCIPTV just crashes everytime and returns to home page of fire stick. If none of this works I'll just get rid of Amazon completely. It could also be since I'm in Texas. Thanks again for the feedback.

Its working fine? Ive tried to log in and it wont work for me. What server are you using for the service? Can you DM me?
 
Thank you. I found out it was an audit that was being performed on my account. Took about 4 to 5 days but thought it was something to do with Amazon and thank you for all the feedback as patience is all that was required.
