Which PC software should I use for IPTV with timeshifting/replay/catch-up/start-over?
I've tried DVBViewer and ProgDVB. They work well, but they don't seem to support moving on the timeline; I can only watch live. It's not possible to restart a show from the beginning, nor to watch a past show. However, my IPTV provider offers this option, and on TV, with TiviMate, I can rewind, restart a show from the beginning, and watch a past show again. But on a PC, I can't.
Do you have any suggestions for software for Windows PCs with a nice interface that offers these features and also supports movies and series in my content provider's playlist?
Exactly that. Emulate Tivimate on Windows using Bluestacks, that will work best for catchup on PC.
Every channel with the little clock - catchup icon will then have the catchup. Make sure your provider has it.
Thank you. Indeed, TiviMate works fine with timeshift on Android TV, but I find it would be carried away to use a compatibility layer and a non-native app on Windows... There's really no IPTV software that manages timeshift/catch-up/replay/start-over on Windows?
Purple IPTV and IPTV Smarters Pro seem available for Windows, indeed. I've tried IPTV Smarters Pro's start-over feature on Android, it didn't allow be to rewind, while Tivimate did. I'll try with the Windows version.

It's not up to the program alone. Your IPTV provider needs to also give these first.
I have Xtream Codes credentials like a server URL with a username and password. Thank you for your suggestions, I have bookmarked their respective pages. I currently use Zoom Player Stream, it works great, but I might give these a whirl too!
