Use PlexKodiConnect or use default Kodi?

I have a Plex server, but I hate the Plex UI/color scheme, vomit gray and yellow, especially on the Android TV since you can't change the skin.

So decided to use Kodi on the Sheild TV since I'mable to customizethe skin, but don't know if I should use PlexKodiConnect or just the default Kodi install. I'm planning on using Trakt.tv to sync the watch status so that's not a big concern.essay writer

Why can't you change the skin. I have android TV and I can change it

And use Kodi or Plex on its own I think
