Signing into the IPTV. HELP

'I'm adding a new device and now trying to sign into PDSLIVE page, XTREAM CODES COMPATIBLE API. It has 3 boxes "Enter XC API URL" I don't know the URL
"Username" OK
"Password" OK
So what URL do I use?
