Sapphire Secure Website Down

Been trying all day to pay my sub because it is due today. The website has said all day that maintenance is being performed. Did Sapphire get shutdown? I’ve seen the maintenance error message too many times right before a shutdown.
 
Have been unable to get into their web portal also. Re-installed the android app and having problems accessing their service - getting error 921 and can't connect. Don't know what is going on.

I'm getting a 921 error, too.
 
Yes got into their portal this morning. Looks like everything is fine with their service, which I really like a lot!

Yes it's working but have to admit not as stable as before for website. The IPTV is working ok through.

And after they managed to remove that. I guess the service was corrected on the panel. But they took down their servers.
We're waiting for a return

Ok now it's not even got a panel.
My guess is they are restoring but it's just a guess

The service is down too.. looks like he is being blackmailed.
 
The service is up, however the payment portal is not. I would imagine that they would extend a grace period for all dues payments until the portal issue has been reconciled. You cant pay if it won't let you

Agreed. Competition is healthy for all of us. Do right by your customers and you'll never have an issue. Customers who are treated well remain loyal to the brand and have no issue with paying a little extra knowing that they'll get a little extra
 
I just tried to log in and it wouldn't let me. So I added a new user with the same info and it logged in, went through the motions but none of the channels play
 
If you go there now there is a Securi Firewall page that comes up (similar to cloudfare) that gives a 502 error message saying the hosting server is down.

I don;t know how significant that is but it does seem like they may be adding some security to the system so they can bring it back online.
 
I checked my Sapphire account. They extended payment until Feb 16 but still no way to make a payment. The portal still shows the same error message as reflected in the previous post. Is there another payment portal or are they expecting (hoping) to resolve the portal issue by 2-16? I now that they have a Telegram service but I forgot all of the details in order to access it and find out what's going on. Anybody hear anything? Service still working fine so I'm quite sure that they expect to keep things going.

Well...at least it's a different error message now and one that I've seen before so all is not lost. I suspect that they're restoring from a backup database and it's a rather arduous process. Not sure how well they maintain their systems so there could be quite a bit of manual processes happening that's exasperating the situation. I would surmise that they're also trying to do a better job of locking it down at the same time. The last breach really set them back. I'm pretty confident that they'll be back, but not sure what changes will be introduced as a result of the hijacking. I do wish that they would forgo the month to month bitcoin payment option and allow for a payment period covering a longer period like some other providers do. The miner fees on a $10 payment are cost prohibitive.
