SAPPHIRE - Lost EPG

For the past week I have no EPG. I cleared and updated many times, says successfully update 651 but no EPG. My other TV is the same, using Tivimate.
Anyone else having this issue ?

You are not alone. I haven’t had any EPG with Sapphire as well.

The service? Yes..it’s still working. The EPG is back as well.
