Smarters pro suck on my windows 10 at least on my old I5 , Progdvb is the best option ,i'm not advertising it but that's the true,although it's not perfect,i yet to see a perfect player for iptv PC win, now talking about perfect player for win it's awful also . also Myiptv sucks even more.
