Repeating, Repeating, Repeating and doing it again

This is especially bad yesterday and today watch Foxnews, it will play maybe a minute, then repeat it and go another minute, then repeat the last minute and play a new minute, then repeat. I'm using a Firestick, is anyone having better luck with a different device or is it the service that is the problem.

Yes get rid of the fire stick it's wifi try hard wiring
 
I don't mind upgrading, but 4k or 4k Max? Anyone know the difference?
EDIT to answer my own question, all I see is 16k memory vs 8k. Probably worth $10 to me.

Also What do I need to hardwire the 4k Firestick, I already have a cat5 cable to my TV.
Just looked and the Cat5 is connected to my TV, so how would I add it to my Firestick, or, do I need a
new Run of Cat5/6?

I don't know if they have fixed anything, but I have had well over an hour of glitch free watching.
The real test will be tomorrow during primetime 7pm to 10pm.

VPN is not because WiFi or ethernet. It's because your internet provider is throatling your. Recommend surfshark
Or nord VPN

Normal routers are provided with WiFi 2.4 and WiFi 5g. Internet provider always mix these and make them broadcast on one name for both 2.4 and 5g. But you always have to break this mix WiFi by splitting the 5g on its own name.

Search throatling. Your isp will throatle you at some hours and that when you need VPN.
Some other times, they will not throttle you.
