If it has been less than 5 days since you paid, you can just cancel it. The 1st 5 days you are on a trial. If it’s been longer than 5 days, we can try to help you get it working. We will have to know what device you purchased it for primarily and where you purchased it. If you purchased it on Google Play Store but you are trying to activate it on an Amazon device..you will have needed to purchase your premium thru TiviMate Companion instead.
