I have the premium tivimate version 3.6, the preview screen is black nothing appears??

in the settings for appearance preview should be 'on'. The loading of the view isnt always instantaneous though. And it also depends on the number of connections included in ypur iptv sub

I have 1 connection and the screen appear but nothing ( black )

that is probably the problem, the providers server's anti flooding can interpret the preview as an unauthorized connection and not display it.
