Ive always watched your videos! And I believe you were the one that introduced me to playersklub. Thank you for that, but im not sure what is up with them as PDSlive. Its been a hassle, they canceled autopay for me a few months ago, and when I tried to ask for it back, the customer service guy gave me the runaround and then terminated my service.
 
Personally speaking. I don't like autopsy. I know it is a convenient to do but I like to pay step by step. So I don't get left out with no money without known what I paid for.
 
I would do a month to month, but there payment system always messed up and I had to reach out for my friends accounts to help them with payments, doesnt go through, constantly has to purge the system and redo the whole credit card entry process. I have too many bills to worry about another payment, I have all my stuff on auto just so I dont worry about it later. Dont need to be dealing with horrible customer service like at ever again.

Does anybody issue with epg for pds media?
For one of my accounts the epg keeps failing on tivimate but my other accounts epg work fine. Any help would be appreciated

And the application is tivimate

Clear tivimate cache
CleR tivimate data and then put your details again using Xtreme login in tivimate

Finally if all fails
Try to uninstall tivimate and reinstall again

Clear tivimate cache
CleR tivimate data and then put your details again using Xtreme login in tivimate

Do you know the correct server address to use for Apple tv and iplay tv. I had pds since 2019 dropped it for a year becasue it was always down. Signed back up and cant get it to do anything. website is trash, and I keep getting "server is not available"
 
Anybody having issues logging in and trying to pay bill? The website isn't booting up at all
I can't login to pay my monthly invoice - every time I try, I'm getting this error :mad:

There's a great deal of hit/miss with timeouts and errors. Keep trying. I was able to log in this morning, and again just now.

EDIT: Just had no trouble logging in to pay my bill. Used a long-time card used with them, and it didn't go through. Used another card also used before, and that didn't go through. Opened a ticket.
I'll try to pay again early tomorrow morning. I have little hope for this service ongoing.

Same here, I've been here for so long it would be a shame to leave cause of a non working payment portal that's just dumb. But that's beyond us. Really do love the service. :(
 
Yea I paid for all my subscriptions 47 dollars and 2 of my subscription are not working.
I moved on to hiddenserv IPTV and there website/portal works great 😃
