hello i have been trying forever to login to ####### I need to make a payment the webpage does not load say critical error and
Critical Error
Could not connect to the database.

COULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP IS THERE ANOTHER URL TO MAKE A PAYMENT PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP OR TELL ME WHEN THE WEBSITE WILL BE BACK UP THANK YOU !!

AND IF SO MANY PEOPLE ARE HAVING ISSUES TO LOGIN THE WEBSITE THEN FIX THE PROBLEM FROM READING YOUR MESSAGES ON THE FORUM IT LOOKS LIKE YOUR ENJOYING PEOPLE HAVING SUCH A HARD TIME TO LOGIN TO YOUR WEBSITE .... GEESH DO SOMETHING AND FIX IT .... EVERY TIME SOMEBODY SAYS OH I GOT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT WHAT THE HECK ...... AND YOUR ANSWER IS KEEP TRYING WOW .... FIX THE PROBLEM !!!!!

Here is what it states now when trying to pay
“Down for maintenance Err 3. We are aware of the payment issue and are working to resolve may take 1-2 days sorry”
 
One of my services expired too… this sucks. Anyone get a message yet with an ETA on when it will be fixed or how to pay the bill?
