PDSLIVE might be permanently down. My system went down a couple of days ago because they didn't withdraw the funds out of my account automatically like they normally do. It now says "EXPIRED". I tried leaving a couple of messages with might info and they have never responded, so with no one being able to pay their accounts, I'm presuming it's permanent. If anyone has any updated info, please share.
