Need help setting up LAN/SMB

Can someone please help me. I'm trying to use a flash drive that is connected to my Netgear router to record. I can see the flash drive with other computers on the network, but I can't get it to see folders in TiviMate. Here is a screen shot of the USB drive in my router. Please tell me what to enter in the LAN/SMB section to get this to work.

generally speaking you dont need to do much.. its just a simple plug and play.. you plug the usb or drive in the netfear and then go to the tivimate and put the address of the location of the SMB address or http address depending on which netgear you have..
