You might look at this page to see what you may have to do
Samsung
basically look at samsung store or Google play if installed and fin/choose app ie: 'smarters' to install.
Many won't recommend installing iptv directly onto a television because of processing power, memory and app choices.
You should consider getting a firestck 4k,chr9mecast with Google tv or if you got the bucks an Nvidia shield and set it up connected to tv.

If it doesn't come with Google Playstore don't think you'll be able to?

You'll need an external streaming device for it to work
