I've been trying to login but haven't been able to. Keeps saying Down for Maintenance Err 3. It's fine if they're down, but they just cut off my service. They should keep the services online if people can't login to pay. Not our fault.
Have you tried reaching out through any alternate contact methods like email, Telegram, or social media to get clarity on when login access will be restored or how to renew service manually?
