Confused with show listing

So I have my m3u set up, it works perfectly along with channel logos, names and what not but it's missing an actual channel listing which confuses me.. I've tried to google and only found that slightly changing the URL from php to XMLTV and removing the end should add it but that makes no difference to me..

I did email my provid asking how to do it but I've had no reply for 2 days now so I thought I'd chance my arm here.. is it even possible to get a channel listing? How does it work?

It sounds like you may have to manually set up the EPG (electronic programming guide). Check the settings there.

Not sure who your provider is but mine gives the required info in the online customer portal.
