Can't purchase Premium due to Companion app issue

I have the current version of TiviMate installed on a Firestick 4K Max.
In order to purchase a Premium account it says to install the TiviMate Companion app first.
I have Companion installed but when I try to sign up it won't let me create an account.
I get the following error.

Any help is appreciated.

If you have a PC/Laptop and not an android device. You are best downloading an emulator called Bluestacks. I've know many people find it hard to create an account on firesticks.
