Service was down for me yesterday morning, then working as of last evening (EST). So far this morning it's down again.

FYI I was just able to pay my invoice at the new PDSLive site, and the URL provided on the payment confirmation page has not changed. BTW the invoice email is likely in your junk folder, that’s where I found mine.

I have the same issue OP. Using an iPlayTV for Apple TV. I’ve had this setup for a couple of years now and it was only with the last switch to DST when this became a problem.

UPDATE: turns out I WAS using a slightly different URL after all. All good now!

A few days ago my HD Amazon Firestick died, and I purchased a Firestick 4K to replace it. On the old FS I had installed a free version of TiviMate and used the Gamers M3U URL to connect it to the service, without issue. I should note that on another TV I connect to the service using iPlayTV on...

Does anyone know what’s going on with the EPG? It’s been unavailable for about a week now. I opened a support ticket and the reply was “Unfortunately the EPG is currently down we are working to get it fixed, please be patient while we do so.”
