I was able to open a ticket. I received a standard reply saying support can no longer access account info it gave me my ID and pw along with the url info. Didn’t answer the question. I guess I will see if I get an email with an invoice in March.
I am trying to log into Aurora. Not recognizing my info. I am still able to access my account via the old portal. Should I just stay on the old portal? A little confused. TIA
I'm using the nivida shield, with att 50mbs. I sure they are throttling us. Watching on Tivimate sometimes Perfect player. I'm guessing I need to get a VPN. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
It said it was down on the gm payment portal. It's up but only getting it to play on perfect player. I have tivimate and fail comes up with "httpDataSourceException".
I received an email from Billing Portal with an invoice attached but I cannot open site to pay. Can someone please send me the payment portal information.
