The service has been down for me since yesterday and I am getting account expired but I am fully paid up. No reply to supports ticket either. Any advice please?
My service expires on the 15th. I have contacted through topdog today. They have replied to 3 tickets telling me that the portal will be available soon now it has disappeared. I have not been offered an extension but I will ask. To be honest I expect my service to stop on the 15th anyway
I replied to my invoice request and was told that they are still working on the payment portal. I also raised a ticket on top dog today who told me that I was on the wrong portal but that they were working on the gmaster portal. Both replies were from the same url?
