I have 2 services. On one, no problems. On Alt Carbon, not all the channels come on loud that I can’t turn up or down. Many work fine. But a number of them I can’t adjust the volume. May be the player

Picture quality is good. The only issue I’m having is that on a number of channels, the volume is loud and my remote has no effect in adjusting it. Is anyone else experiencing this and is there a fix for it. Thanks

Currently, the service only takes Bitcoin for payment which I don’t do. Waiting for them to set up pay pal or a CC for payment - hopefully by next week.

I’m doing the free trial and although the channels for the trial are limited, it is stable and the quality is very good. Will sign up after the trial. It works with TiviMate.

Thanks for refreshing my memory. That’s exactly what I did. I used my wife’s android phone to access googles play store and then TiviMate Companion to buy Premium. Sorry for the previous misinformation. The mind ain’t what it used to be 😳

I had to sign up on my iPhone. Trying to remember how I did it. I think I went to google chrome and googled “google play store”. When they came up, I searched for TiviMate Companion and signed up for premium. I hope that works for you you.

I had the same problem and signed up on my phone. If your phone is android, you can access the google play store, sign in using your gmail name & Password and search for it there.

You need to pay for the premium service from TiviMate Companion, a stand alone app on google play, to unlock Premium functionality of TiviMate IPTV.

Unfortunately, support from my provider is terrible. I would leave if the service wasn’t so darn good 😊

My service provider provides VOD service but just the name of the movie. There are no description or posters of the movie. Is there a Universal list out there that will identify my VOD’S that I can use to fix this? Here’s hoping!! Thanks for your help.

I’ll just throw out this since I’m not familiar with mains.best - do you have a legal copy of TiviMate? Should be running 3.1.5 version. If it’s illegal, TiviMate shuts off the EPG feature.

Thanks Matty for the info. I’m using a BuzzTV XRS 4500 box and I have a usb drive. Do I need to format it and if so, what do I format it to?

If my IPTV service doesn’t offer a recording option, will TiviMate’s recording function still record?

Thanks. I downloaded the apk and logged in to my account but it still wouldn’t updated. So I disconnected my VPN and tried again and it downloaded. Thanks everyone who offered suggestions. It’s nice to know there are others out there who are willing to help. Many thanks.

I have TiviMate Premium on 2 tv’s. I downloaded the new version 3.1.5 on my main tv but on the 2nd one I’m getting a message saying “failed to download Apk file”. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks for your help.
