Yes I finally got a confirmation after about the 3rd email back and forth that they were down. Unsure why they didn't just say so at the start. But all good now. I always copy/paste the URL so never an issue there.

Issues getting GM to work. Worked fine yesterday. Raised a support ticket and have tried to reinstall on xciptv and tivimate using both M3U URL and Xtreme code - neither will load. Keeps saying error. They also suggested I install their player but that pulls up an error as well. Service...

Customer support has replied. Website is back up. Service will be shortly. Always good to keep an old invoice or service ticket email, as they will respond if you reply to it.

Yes. Happened to me. And although gmaster has replied to my emails with a submitted ticket quite a few times, I'm no longer able to log in. I've asked for a password reset, but no reply yet. I've been using my backup - Sapphire - and it's working a treat and it costs the same.
