Service had been off since last Monday.Sent 3 tickets.Got reply today- a week from last monday-and service seems to be back on.

Mine still out also,6 days now.Sent 2 tickets.Got lucky last time it happened,they answered and fixed in a couple days,not so lucky this time.

Yep,mine came up account expired on Jan. 15,even though I paid for 3 months in Dec.Did same thing a few months ago too. Luckily then I put in a ticket and they actually responded and got it back on in a couple of days.Put in another ticket about it yesterday,nothing yet.

Had same trouble-have month left on subscription,but came up account expired and no channels.Website was very slow to load,but finally sent ticket on 16th,then again on 18th,got reply on 20th and seems to be working ok again.

Anybody know where to get this service? I had it for a year and when the subscription ran out,the person I got it from isn't selling it anymore and can't remember where he got it from either.

Anyone aware if they will bring back some/all of the 24/7 channels they put up while they were fixing the old line up? I liked some of the newer ones they had put up but no unfortunately they don't play anymore.Or are they available elsewhere,they must be somewhere kif they added them I would think.

Yes,it only works/worked now with the JC Media app.it had stopped working on smarters and xiptv.
