ok overnight I managed to get a playlist to load but can't get anything else to happen. Does anyone know how to force a reload. The app does not allow access to the controls at screen bottom from the Samsung TV remote. Would really appreciate some help, please.

hi, I've managed to load the SMART IPTV app onto my Samsung Smart TV. Also loaded a m3u file but am getting a "Connect failed" message. Any thoughts please. do I need to connect a VPN to make this work?
