Hey I never received my invoice email for this month's service. I obviously can't login to the portal. Will they charge my credit card or is my service going to get cut off?

Update.. I sent a request to reset my streams and my request was approved yesterday morning. Streams are working well across all platforms.

The channel logo for some of my channels isn't loading. Rest of the service is working fine. Any ideas about the channel logos?
