What firestick version is it ?
What network company are you using?
Where is the freezing occuring?
Since firestick most likely it's connected via WiFi. Did you check if the WiFi is 5g or mixed WiFi?
Is the freezing occuring after using a good VPN?
If the freezing occuring with IPTV did you contact that company.
